Three-Step Application Process

Step 1: Application Submission

Submit the Saudi Arabia online visa application by providing the applicant’s passport and travel details and uploading the necessary documents.

Step 2: Visa Fee Payment

Once payment is completed, the application moves forward for processing.

Step 3: Approval

Upon approval, the Saudi Arabia eVisa will be issued and sent to the registered email address.

1. Applicant Registration

This is the first step of the Saudi Arabia eVisa application process. The system collects essential applicant contact and travel information to generate a temporary order ID. These details are used to identify the applicant and manage communication for updates and notifications throughout the application process.

After submission, the applicant is directed to the main application form.

*The registration step remains the same for all countries eligible for the Saudi Arabia eVisa.

2. Fill out the Main Application Form

Details requested at this stage are critical to the eVisa application and are reviewed to verify identity, eligibility, and travel purpose. Certain fields are completed using drop-down selections, while others require manual input. Any inaccuracies may delay processing or impact visa approval.

3. Manage Applicants and Select Processing Time

This step provides enhanced flexibility, allowing applicants to add multiple travellers within a single submission and select their preferred processing option.

• Multiple Travellers Supported

  Add up to 10 applicants in a single submission using the Add Applicant option, with all updates sent to the primary applicant’s registered email address. Each added applicant is issued a separate eVisa upon approval.

• Flexible Processing Options

  Select the most suitable processing option, Normal, Rush, or Super-Rush, based on your planned travel date.

• Save and Resume Anytime

  Applicants may save the application at anypoint and resume it later using the temporary order ID on the Resume Saudi Arabia eVisa Application page, allowing the process to be completed at their convenience.

4. Information Check

Applicants can review their complete application details at this point. If any information needs to be changed, update it here before moving forward. Once confirmed, the application moves ahead to the document submission stage.

5. Upload Required Documents

The application form will indicate which documents are required. Applicants must upload readable scanned copies of all requested documents.

6. Application Processing Fee Payment

After document submission, applicants are directed to the payment stage, where all details of the Saudi Arabia eVisa Feeare displayed for review. Any permitted changes to the processing option must be made before completing payment.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card (international transactions enabled) or cryptocurrency, with additional options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay available based on region.

Once payment is successfully approved using an available payment method, the application moves into the processing queue.

7. Tracking and Approval

Applicants can monitor their application progress using the Saudi Arabia eVisa Application Status tool by entering their temporary order ID. Submitted information and documents undergo careful review, and the processing option selected determines the review priority.

Upon approval, the eVisa is issued electronically and delivered via email.
