Do consult the travel agent regarding their refund policy. An unforeseen event may lead to cancellation of your trip or holiday. If this happens, it always helps if you can get the money back.

Traveling with Family: If you are traveling to Saudi Arabia with spouse and children, the travel insurance must cover them. Therefore, it always helps to be informed before starting your journey and buy the right travel insurance package.

Harsh Saib

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request an update on the status of my visa application for travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As of today, I have not yet received any confirmation or update regarding the visa. I would like to highlight that my travel is scheduled for this coming Sunday, and the absence of any update is causing significant concern, as the travel date is now very close. This visit is extremely important, as my company has made a substantial investment in participating in the exhibition (IFAT SAUDI ARABAI) in Saudi Arabia. My presence is essential for representing the company and ensuring the successful execution of our commitments during the event. I kindly request you to please look into this matter on a priority basis and share the current status or any required action from my side at the earliest possible. Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your prompt response. Warm regards, Harsh Saib Visa Platform No. - E808926158

MOHD WASEEM

My name is Mohd Waseem, and I am an Indian national currently working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Technical Manager with ITIS Co. Ltd. Alhamdulillah, my company has approved my application for a permanent family visa. Accordingly, I received the yellow slip and traveled to India to proceed with the visa formalities. However, I would like to inform you that my wife is currently in her 4th month of pregnancy. As part of the visa process, a medical examination is required. Due to her pregnancy, it is not medically advisable for her to undergo an X-ray at this stage. Therefore, I kindly request your guidance on whether there is any exemption, alternative procedure, or specific criteria applicable for pregnant applicants during the family visa process, especially at 12–14 weeks of pregnancy. I have also observed that some of my colleagues from African countries were able to travel with their pregnant wives, which gives me hope that a suitable provision may be available. I would highly appreciate your kind advice and guidance on this matter.
