Total Cost of the Holiday or Visit:
Do consult the travel agent regarding their refund policy. An unforeseen event may lead to cancellation of your trip or holiday. If this happens, it always helps if you can get the money back.

Traveling with Family: If you are traveling to Saudi Arabia with spouse and children, the travel insurance must cover them. Therefore, it always helps to be informed before starting your journey and buy the right travel insurance package.

SHAWKAT ALI GALIB

Dear Consular Officer, I hope you are well. My name is Shawkat, and I am a Bangladeshi national currently living and working in Lisbon, Portugal. I hold a valid Portuguese residence card (employment/residence permit) which is valid until March 2027. I am planning to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Umrah, and I kindly request your guidance on the following points: Am I eligible for a Saudi e-Visa or Visa-on-Arrival based on my valid Portuguese residence permit, even though my nationality is Bangladeshi? If eligible, are there any additional requirements or conditions that apply? For example: Must the residence permit or Schengen status be used previously? Are there specific hotel booking rules, approved platforms, or required documents? Are there any airline restrictions for boarding? For Umrah specifically, do Bangladeshi nationals need to apply through an authorised Umrah agency, even if they hold a valid Schengen residence permit? I would be grateful if you could confirm the correct visa process for my situation so I can plan my travel accordingly. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. Kind regards, Shawkat Ali Galib
