Here are some articles that might help you!

Total Cost of the Holiday or Visit:
Do consult the travel agent regarding their refund policy. An unforeseen event may lead to cancellation of your trip or holiday. If this happens, it always helps if you can get the money back.

Travel Itinerary:
You may need additional coverage if you intend to get involved in something extreme. It is a good idea to consider all the activities you will do once you are in Saudi Arabia and then apply for travel insurance.

Traveling with Family: If you are traveling to Saudi Arabia with spouse and children, the travel insurance must cover them. Therefore, it always helps to be informed before starting your journey and buy the right travel insurance package.

I am writing to you with utmost urgency regarding my passport, which was submitted for a visit visa application at your office on 15th August. I have a confirmed and non-refundable flight booked for Monday, 25th August 2025, in the morning. I am extremely concerned as I have not yet received my passport back, and without it, I will be unable to travel. This will result in a significant financial loss as my airline ticket will be wasted. I kindly and humbly request you to please look into my case on a priority basis and release my passport immediately so that I do not miss my flight. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this critical matter. ZAINAB KHALID

Dear Sir, i have applied family visa but my childrens pakistani passport have Single name only Surname/last. no first name on passport so how can i fill up the visa form or tasheer appointment?

Zainab Raheel

Dear Sir/Madam, I urgently need assistance regarding three Saudi Tourist Visa applications submitted online for: Myself – Zainab Raheel My mother – Aamna Raheel My grandmother – Nafees Fatima The visa and insurance fees were successfully charged to the provided credit card for all three applications. However, only my mother’s application (E795045839) is visible in the KSA Visa portal under my registered email [email protected]. Its status currently shows “Sent to Embassy.” The other two applications are completely missing, and we never received any application numbers or confirmation emails for them. This is extremely concerning, and we are now unable to proceed with our travel plans. We applied online because we hold valid U.S. visas, and my grandmother has U.S. permanent residency, which were accepted as supporting documents under the eligibility criteria mentioned in your online visa application system. I kindly request: Immediate help in locating the missing applications. A full refund for all three applications (including visa and insurance fees) if the issue cannot be resolved. This matter is urgent, and your prompt support would be highly appreciated. Best regards, Zainab Raheel [email protected] +92-321-8945497
